Our spiritual journey includes becoming educated about our faith. We have something
for all ages, and our classes continue to grow! Join one of our classes at any time!
The "Toy Zone" (Nursery) will be staffed for infants to 2 year olds during the
Sunday School hour. We have a separate preschool class for our 3 and 4 year olds.
What is Rotation Sunday School? It is a four week study of one
Bible lesson. The children are broken into groups, based on grade, and rotate
to different stations each week. Visit our Rotation Sunday School page for
more information.
Our Middle Schoolers (grades 6, 7, 8) join together for fellowship
and learning every Sunday morning. We call our group
"Team 4:12", and take this from 1 Timothy 4:12 "Do not let anyone look down on
you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in
life, in love, in faith, and in purity."
Sunday mornings will find Team 4:12 not only learning Bible stories, but doing
some fun activities as well. Wednesday evenings is a time of fellowship, games
and a short devotional lesson.
Our Senior High group meets on Sunday mornings to discuss
topics that speak to today's youth. The format and topics are never the same,
and the unexpected is the norm!
We offer two classes for adult education:
- 8:30 am Bible Study: Maurie Johnson leads a study of Journey from Texts to Translations
in the church library before our worship service.
- 10:45 am Christian Life: Dennis Piper leads an adult Sunday School discussion
group in the library after the service & fellowship time.
Summers are never boring when VBS is in session! Kids! Join us
for a week-long adventure each summer as we learn more about God and his Word to
us, make new friends, and have a lot of fun along the way. In 2009, we'll be visiting
Crocodile Dock, where fearless kids shine God's light!
Visit our VBS page for more information, dates, and to register!
