February 19 -- Our SWAT and Team 4:12 students will be packing meals for children who suffer from malnutrition all over the world.
Check the calendar of events for details on the rules for the event. February 9, 5:30 or 7:00 pm -- Join us for dinner prepared and served by our SWAT students as an annual mission projects fundraiser. Please sign up at the church if you are interested in attending.
Because our group is smaller this year, we are in need of help making brownies and taking shifts in the kitchen. We are asking all of the senior high students and their parents to help! We are also inviting interested 8th graders to join us as well. Please let Nicole know how you can help! February 2 -- Before the service, Team 4:12 students will be stationed at the entrances to the church collecting canned food for the Gretna Neighbors Food Pantry.

Come join us to meet your "sister" for the new year! Wednesday, Nov 27, 5:30 pm -- Resurrection Lutheran Church will host this year's community Thanksgiving Celebration. We will begin with a shared meal at 5:30 and continue with a worship service brought by Pastor Main at 7:00 pm. The message "Never Forgetting" will be based on Philippians 4:4-9.

Once, long ago, we had a tradition called "Hanging of the Greens" where everyone was welcome to help decorate the church for Christmas. We brought back that tradition last year and would like to continue with it this year. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for this special time of fellowship! Wednesday, Dec 4, 11, 18 -- Join us for dinner and stay for a short service as we center on the peace, love, hope and joy that Jesus brought to the world.
