Team 4:12
Welcome to our Middle School Youth Group!
We meet each Wednesday at 6:30 pm for food, fun, and fellowship.
Why "Team 4:12"?

News from Team 4:12
Our Middle School Youth program has been well attended so far this fall.
On Wednesday evenings we are enjoying pizza together, and then David and
Regina teach a short lesson with lots of fun and games. We have 18 - 20
kids that attend on a regular basis!
On October 1st, the kids and some adult sponsors will be
going bowling for the evening. It is sure to be an evening of laughs.
Our Sunday mornings have been busy with a new Bible study about
financial responsibility. It is called "Generation Change" and
Dave Ramsey is the author. Parents have been attending with their
student, and the feedback has been very positive.
The Team 4:12 youths have also been in mission around the church
- with childcare for Young Adult Game Night and also with serving
for the "Seasoned Saints" dinner coming up. We have a GREAT group
of kids and parents that are involved with our confirmation program.
God is good!
As a reminder - Team 4:12 has calendars for sale for 2009.
The wall calendars have beautiful pictures on them, and are
printed on durable card-stock. There is also the option of a
lovely pocket or purse size calendar with pretty pictures and
Bible verses. The wall calendar sells for $10, and the pocket
calendar sells for $5. All of the funds generated by the calendar
sales help finance our Team 4:12 activities. The youth will have
a table set up during fellowship time, so stop by and pick up
your calendar before they are all gone.
On October 24th and 25th, the Middle School youth will be
attending a retreat at the Quest Center in Omaha. It is a
"jr. high only event" which means there will be lots of kids,
music, food and fun. Our kids are very excited to attend.
Finally, a thanks goes out to everyone who attended our September
Fellowship Breakfast. We truly appreciate your support, and hope
that you are enjoying our cooking and continue to come! The next
all-church breakfast will be on October 19th.
