Welcome From Pastor Mark Holland
Greetings in the name of Christ, and welcome to the website of Gretna
United Methodist Church! Feel free to browse and examine the many ministries
and opportunities that are available within our community. We are a diverse
family with many interests and concerns, bound together by a common passion
to live faithfully as disciples of Jesus Christ.
Gretna UMC is a growing congregation of approximately 380 members of all ages
in Gretna, Nebraska, a suburb of southwest of Omaha. We welcome you to worship
with us on Sunday mornings or at any other time as we gather for worship. We
worship God in unique and creative ways utilizing current technology and meaningful
music to express our joy and thankfulness for God's steadfast love.
You are invited to join us in our mission to share Christ with the world. You
will find us a friendly, welcoming place. Come as you are, dressed up or dressed
down. It would be our joy to meet you this week.
