Elementary Sunday School
This year we are introducing a new Bible-driven children's curriculum. With a focus on Bible stories and biblical literacy, Grow Curriculum helps kids realize that the Bible is more than a history book and that it's relevant to their lives today. Each weekly lesson provides kids the basic tools for reading and learning the Bible. In addition, children will memorize key verses, internalizing God’s Word while having fun with music, games, puzzles, prayer, and more.
Our Sunday Morning Schedule |
Sunday School will be held every Sunday during the school year from 10:45 am – 11:45 am following the church service. It is for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade.
At 10:45, all Kindergarten through 5th grade students should come with a parent to the Education Hallway for Check-in. |
Check-In Process |
Parents will accompany their children to the check-in station at 10:45. Both the parent and child will receive a sticker. Place the name sticker on your child and keep the other sticker for yourself. Bring it back when you get your children. This system has been put in place to keep your children safe.

How can I help? |
Helping is very easy and a lot of fun! There are many different ways to help. Here are a few:
Greeter Greet children and help parents with the check-in process. Register new families and help children mark their attendance, get a COG collection bin and move into our music room. Music Leader Lead the children in music. This can be vocal, piano, or video-driven. Large Group Leader Welcome the children and open their learning with announcements and prayer. Dismiss older students with their teacher. Younger/Older Elementary Leaders and Helpers Our goal is to have one teacher who serves for a complete year or at least unit (one month) and then rotates with the other volunteer leaders throughout the year. We have two class rooms Grades K-2 and 3-5. Teachers will lead children in a small group discussion and activities about the story this week. Helpers assist during music time and in the classroom (at least one per room) and can rotate more frequently, serving one weekend a month, quarter, or semester. The most important thing to make Sunday School work is through faithful servants. There are opportunities for assisting as little as one Sunday each month or as often as every week. |
