What is our worship style? What time is worship? What is the music like? Are children welcome?I am not a member of the church.

Our worship service could be described as a “light liturgical” experience. We hold dear to the Bible and United Methodist liturgy, music, and creeds, but it is common to hear the sound of children and laughter in our service.
Join us at 9:30 am every Sunday! During the seasons of Advent & Lent we also have a Wednesday evening service at 7:00 pm. We utilize both traditional hymns from the United Methodist Hymnal and more contemporary songs from The Faith We Sing. Both reflect scriptural truths and our spiritual heritage of generations of believers. We also feature special music by our Handbell choirs and soloists, both vocal and instrumental. Absolutely! The sound of children in worship is the sound of the next generation of believers. We have activity bags for kids that include a books, paper, crayons, and coloring books. A nursery is provided for preschool age and under children so parents to be able to participate in either worship service. I am not a member of the church. May I receive Communion? We do not require you to be a member of our church, nor a United Methodist to receive Communion as part of God’s family. If you are seeking Christ and earnestly repent of your sin, that is all that is required. Join us for fellowship after the service and before Sunday School: we serve coffee, donuts, bagels, juice boxes, and lots of napkins! Our Sunday School classes begin at 10:45 am for all ages during the school year, and for adults year-round. |
