Wednesday, Nov 27, 5:30 pm -- Resurrection Lutheran Church will host this year's community Thanksgiving Celebration. We will begin with a shared meal at 5:30 and continue with a worship service brought by Pastor Main at 7:00 pm. The message "Never Forgetting" will be based on Philippians 4:4-9.
Hope to see you there! Wednesday, Dec 4 at 7:30pm -- decorate the church for Christmas.
Once, long ago, we had a tradition called "Hanging of the Greens" where everyone was welcome to help decorate the church for Christmas. We brought back that tradition last year and would like to continue with it this year. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to join us for this special time of fellowship! Wednesday, Dec 4, 11, 18 -- Join us for dinner and stay for a short service as we center on the peace, love, hope and joy that Jesus brought to the world.
Meal will be served starting at 5:30 pm and served by the following committees and volunteers: Dec 4 -- Missions, Christian Education and Memorials (and those who are not on other committees) Dec 11 -- Finance and Worship Committees Dec 18 -- SPRC and Nurture Committees Advent Worship at 7:00 pm Nov 1 - 20, 2019 -- Bring donations for Living Hope Food Pantry to the church by November 20.
Mission Possible Kids will also be collecting donations at McKinney's on November 10 and 17 from 12:00 - 3:00 pm. Please plan to stop by to show your support! Most Needed Items:
